OTHER COUNTRIES - DHL
Our shipping partner, DHL, offers you the flexibility to make changes to your delivery while it’s on its way to you using DHL On Demand Delivery (ODD). Whether you need to schedule a delivery for another day or remove the signature requirement, ODD makes it easy for you.
Once your order has been shipped and is with DHL, they will contact you via SMS and/or email to let you know when to expect the delivery. If ODD is available in your location, this message will also contain a link to the ODD site. All you need is your tracking (shipment waybill) number.
RETURNS

Items must be returned in perfect condition with swing tags and hygiene liners attached for a full refund. Please return within 14 days from date order received.
Once we have received the items, and the return is accepted, a refund will be processed to the original form of payment. Please note this can take up to 10 business days. We recommend using original packaging to return your items.
RETURNS - UK
Returns cost £5- we deduct this amount from your total refund amount upon receipt of the items.

RETURNS - INTERNATIONAL

Once your return has been approved, you will receive a shipping label. The return fee will be deducted from your refund (Please refer to delivery shipping costs above) Please make sure you keep the proof of postage until your return has been processed. Please note, due to tax & Duty charges we are unable to offer exchanges on international orders.
The delivery charge, duties and taxes will not be refunded.
