- How do I take care of my Ôsalé swimwear ?

To preserve the quality of your Ôsalé swimsuit, handwash with cold water with a very mild detergent, wring out gently, dry flat and away from direct sunlight.

Sun block, lotions, oils and chlorine can cause discoloration - this is not a manufacturing defect. do not put in washer or dryer.

- How do I take care of my Ôsalé beachwear?

Our beachwear pieces are made of ecovero viscose and can be washed on a delicate cycle, however we still advise hand washing to be the best method.

- What is the Ôsalé product sizing?

We offer our swim and beachwear pieces in sizes ranging between, s - xl (UK 8 - 14) please check product pages for specific notes on fit. View our Size Guide here.

- How do I identify my swimwear size?

You can find our size guide here, or it can be found on the product pages.

We recommend to go up a size if you are between sizes, most styles have adjustable fit.

- Can I do an exchange?

Yes you can, please contact us hello@osale-plage.com to issue your return on original order and we'll arrange free shipping for your exchange item.

- What form of payment do you accept?

We currently accept all major credit cards. You can also pay in instalments using Paypal or Clearpay (select at check out). 

- Can I cancel my order?

Depending of the status of your order, you can, however, cancelled orders shall be refunded at request prior to shipping, minus and credit card fees and SHOPIFY transaction fees that have been processed at checkout.

- What can I do if I receive a faulty item?

If any product or products in your order were damaged during shipping, please reach out to us at hello@osale-plage.com and attach a photograph of the damage in your email to expedite the return
